はちみつ漬けの八朔を思わせる、優しい甘みを纏った爽やかな酸味に、りんごに似た風味が重なります。きび糖を口に含んだときのような、甘く心地よい余韻が長く続きます。

ラウル ドゥラン氏は、グティエレス氏とともに、「ラ・エスペランサ」と「エル・ポルベニール」の2つの農園を所有・運営しています。マジョリカという素材のタイルを敷いた発酵槽を用いてコーヒーを精製しており、こうした伝統的な設備と精製方法が、この土地ならではのテロワールを引き出しています。

It features a refreshing acidity—accompanied by a gentle sweetness reminiscent of honey-marinated Hassaku citrus—layered with apple-like notes.It leaves a long-lasting, sweet, and pleasant finish, similar to the sensation of tasting cane sugar.

Raul Duran owns and operates two farms, "La Esperanza" and "El Porvenir," together with Gutierrez.The coffee is processed using fermentation tanks lined with Majolica tiles; this combination of traditional equipment and processing methods brings out the unique terroir of the region.
