ドライアプリコットや蜜柑のような風味と、ルワンダらしいお茶のような飲み心地。余韻には黒糖に似た甘さがふんわりと続き、優しさを感じ取れるコーヒーです。
チャト地区では森に生息するミツバチの働きが、コーヒーの品質に特徴を生み出し、生産量増加の助けになっていることが最近の調査で明らかになってきました。これらミツバチや受粉を助ける昆虫の保護のために、化学肥料や殺虫剤は使われていません。
Rwanda "Chato" Washing Station
This coffee boasts flavors reminiscent of dried apricots and mandarin oranges, and a tea-like mouthfeel typical of Rwandan coffee. A gentle sweetness, similar to brown sugar, lingers in the aftertaste, creating a truly comforting coffee.
Recent research in the Chato region has revealed that the work of bees living in the forest contributes to the unique quality of the coffee and helps increase production. To protect these bees and pollinating insects, no chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used.
