台湾で生豆を扱うTri-Up社を運営するエリックさんより買い付けたケニアのABロットです。

エリックさんは台湾のブリュワーズカップのチャンピオンなど台湾を代表するバリスタの1人でもあります。

そんなこのロットは、ケニアのニエリ産地にあるンダロイニ・エステートのものです。

 ABグレードだからこその上品さと軽やかさを兼ね備えたコーヒーになっています。

As a Kenyan coffee, it is impressive that the acidity is mild.

When you take a sip of the liquid, you can feel the fresh yet sweet and sour nuances of small red fruits and pineapple.

This is a wonderful coffee with a gentle sweetness like cane sugar that gradually spreads in your mouth and relaxes your soul.

This is an AB lot from Kenya purchased from Erik, who runs Tri-Up, a company that handles green beans in Taiwan.

Erik is also one of Taiwan's leading baristas, including the Taiwanese Brewers Cup champion.

This lot comes from the Ndaloini Estate in Nyeri, Kenya.

This coffee has the elegance and lightness that can only be expected from AB grade.
