「ボトム オブ ザ ツリー」と呼ばれる、木の下部に実ったコーヒーチェリーのみを使用したこのロットは、熟したイチジクやレーズンを思わせる凝縮した果実味と、アーモンドやカカオのような風味が感じられます。

ダ・テーラという農園名は、ポルトガル語の “Da Terra”（＝From The Earth）から生まれた造語で、「自然環境を守り、そこから生まれるコーヒーを地球の恵みとして、その価値を最大化していきたい」という想いが込められています。

This lot consists exclusively of coffee cherries harvested from the lower sections of the trees—a selection known as "Bottom of the Tree."It offers concentrated fruit notes reminiscent of ripe fig and raisins, complemented by flavors of almond and cacao.

The name "Da Terra" is a coined term derived from the Portuguese phrase meaning "From the Earth." It embodies the farm's philosophy of protecting the natural environment and maximizing the value of the coffee produced there as a true gift from the planet.
