ゲデオ地区チェルべサにある、オーガニック認証を受けたウォッシングステーション「ダンシェ」。この地域は他のエリアに比べて標高が高く、チェリーの成熟期間が長いことから、独特のフレーバープロファイルの形成に大きく寄与しています。
This cup combines lemon-like citrus notes with the rounded juiciness of white grapes and white peaches. It's a wonderful coffee with a smooth honey-like sweetness that goes down smoothly like jasmine tea.
Danshe is an organically certified washing station located in Cherbesa, Gedeo District. This region is at a higher altitude than other areas, allowing the cherries to ripen for a longer period, which greatly contributes to the formation of its unique flavor profile.
