ゴティティ レク ウォッシングステーション はバンコ ゴティティの町の中心部からほど近く、標高1,900mに位置しています。

ウェットファーメンテーションに要する時間は天気の良い日で24時間、寒い日だと72時間程度かけてミューシレージを分解します。

その後、水洗されたパーチメントをバンブーベッドにて12～15日程度かけて乾燥させています。

This is a wonderful coffee with a rich, honey-like sweetness that lasts for a long time.

The Gotiti Reku Washing Station is located at an altitude of 1,900 meters, close to the town center of Banko Gotiti.

Wet fermentation takes 24 hours on a sunny day, and about 72 hours on a cold day to break down the mucilage.

The washed parchment is then dried on a bamboo bed for 12 to 15 days.
